Party Booking Procedure

  • 70% Payment of the estimated charges is to be paid in an advance by the Member at the time of the booking.
  • Bar services will shut at 10:30 pm as per the Club Rules.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances if the Club cancels the booking, the members will be given an advance notice with 100% refund. An alternative venue can also be offered, subject to the availability.
  • The Club doesn’t permit any religious services in its premises.
  • Payment mode will be by Cheque | Credit card | debit card. Cash payment is limited up to 10,000 only.
  • The final adjustments will be made after the event, against the final bill. In case of Cheque payment, the Club will en-cash it after 48 hours and after adjustment and all.
  • All private parties and functions in the Club must end by 11 pm.
  • All payments for the party will be cleared within 7 days after the presentation of the bill.

Cancellation charges for Venues

  • 100 % refund if cancelled above 10 days from the date of the function.
  • 50% refund for less than 10 days

Cancellation charges for Food

  • No cancellation charges are levied by the Club if Notice is given a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
  • Cancellation of less than 48 hours on Food orders will attract 50% of the estimated cost.
  • Cancellation of less than 24 hours on Food orders will attract 100% of the estimated cost.
